Unresolved X provides technology solutions including but not limited to WordPress and Next.js web development, MongoDB backend systems, AI-powered features, and custom software development. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with or without notice.

Upon project completion and full payment, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables for your intended purpose. 5. Payment and Fees

Fees for our services will be outlined in project agreements or invoices. Payment is due as specified, typically within 30 days of invoice receipt. Late payments may incur additional charges. We reserve the right to suspend services for unpaid accounts.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Unresolved X shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including loss of data or profits, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services at our discretion, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Republic of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Judiciary.
